White is might.

Its already a well known fact that this spring white is might! What with it being highlighted all over the runways at calvin klein , alexander wang , rag and bone and thakoon for spring 2011. What I am most excited about is white shoes. So purty although I would think twice about stuffing my suitcase with them for my next trip to india. Or maybe I just will.

Hi! My name is....

I guess it goes with the territory of starting a new blog. The big  introduction. So here it goes, the first and hopefully (for you) the longest post. Style excites me, intrigues me and I genuinely believe it reveals a lot about a person. We all have different ideas of style but what intrigues me is not really what the magazines put out or what people in the public eye are wearing. What intrigues me is the way people wear their clothes to showcase their personality in the best way. Personally,my style is a bit schizophrenic(¨,) Im biker today, crazy militant tomorrow and maybe hyper colour the day after. What my style is not...pretty girl in pink! My vanity leans me towards making jewellery, vintage hunts and buying shoes I can't necessarily afford(that in itself necessitates a blog,no?) My non vain interests revolve around food , travel, music, movies and people watching. I've come close to getting punched in the face more than once because I stare so much. But its only because I love how different faces express emotion differently. Its weird I know but people watching isn't that out there.

Ummm so back to the blog.I will write about what I know and love and with this blog I'll play with looks, evolve and have fun doing it. I also am priviledged enough to stay in Paris so ofcourse I will play paparazzi with my trusty ol' canon. I'll also "attempt" to inject little bits of music and film, food and culture because all these elements influence my style and I am sure they influence others too.

P.S.  I could have just said this blog is going to be a lot of clothes mixed with a mess of a whole lot of other stuff.
