I like 'em big. Shoulder pads that is....

My first ever thrifted buy was this awesome sweater 4 yrs ago. My friend Bonnie took me to this overcrowded, funky smelling store and told me this is where she gets her loot. Coming from India where I never saw a second hand store, my only reaction was EWWWWW. Cut to 4 years later and almost 50 percent of my wardrobe is from Ewww places just like these. I love this sweater because of the colours and the amazing shoulder pads hidden under. Since I have a very narrow frame shoulder pads really help make my looks stronger. So for me, trends may come and go but shoulder pads are here to stay.
Also loving this Little Shilpa head band. Totally fun. can be worn on your wrist or under your collar. Yummo!

Aha you know what it is black and yellow, black and yellow...

I'm reunited with my lover, Paris is sunny and I managed to bring 2 kgs of the most yummy carrot pickle that my aunt Felicia prepared for me. So I guess you could say life isn't bad. I do have the worst allergy from the plane but other than that no complaints.
And hey as I woke up today look what I saw. Lover all dressed up. I told him be careful on the streets because looking like that somebody's gonna get pregnant.

My friend Neha and I went to grab a quick breakfast. But as we cruising in our little rickshaw we passed by this street that had the best store shutters ever!!! And since it was 8 am and the shutters were still down we decided to click quick. I'm so glad I drag my camera around with me everywhere. You never know, right?

The colours shrieked. I felt complete.

My Last 3 days in India. Trying to take in lots of family love, as much sun, south indian food and my friend's talent. This girl has so much talent that I think its unfair and she should give some away. But remember this name. Neha Kamath. It will be worth some big face money someday soon.

Yeah a gift for me? Not really. Neha did this 2 days back in under 70 minutes. It took me under 1 minute to christen it MINE. Thank you. Korean lover, thank me!
